# Installation Guide

1. Head over to the Fortitude website here (<https://fortitudemod.com/>).
2. Select "Sign Up" in the top right corner and create an account.
3. You should now be logged into the Fortitude Dashboard. Head to the "Access Management" tab and enter your license key then select "Redeem".
4. Before downloading the software, you will need to disable your anti-virus. This is due to the nature of the software and how it interacts with your game. All products sold on RevUnity are completely safe and do not contain any form of malicious code.
5. A green "Download Fortitude Launcher" button should appear. Click it and download the Fortitude Installer.
6. Run the Fortitude Installer and complete the installation, then run the application.
7. Login using the credentials you created on the Fortitude website.
8. Load RDR2 to the main menu, then head to the Fortitude launcher and click Inject. Wait for the menu to finish downloading and injecting before going into online.

You have now successfully injected the menu into the games process.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.revunity.com/our-products/fortitude/installation-guide.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
